As the situation with the Coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, I wanted to first offer my most sincere condolences if any of your families or employee families have been impacted by the spread of Coronavirus. Additionally, I would like to give an update on how we are managing the situation to ensure the continuity of your business and the safety of both of our employee groups.

Keeping You Operational

While Ohio Governor Mike DeWine mandated all non-essential businesses to close, and non-essential employees to stay home until April 6, our business is considered “critical manufacturing”, and we are able to keep our doors open.  We are here, and ready to help, whether you require spare parts, field or phone service, or applications support. Continuing to Serve Customers

We will continue to allow visitors into our Miamisburg, OH-based headquarters by appointment only. Non-UGA employee visitors will be required to complete a health questionnaire before their visit. Our field sales and service staff is fully functional and capable of helping you either in-person, or over the phone. Supporting Our Employees

To help slow the spread of Coronavirus, we have asked those employees who can work from home to do so through April 6, 2020. This has effectively reduced the number of people reporting to UGA headquarters by 60%. Additionally, all field service technicians are following extra protocols recommended by the CDC and local health agencies designed to ensure the safety of both of our teams.

This is truly an unprecedented situation we are all dealing with, and I am truly inspired by local, national, and global communities working together to stop the spread of Coronavirus.
