Education is a wonderful thing, but often, it remains theoretical and doesn’t give the opportunity to earn real-world experience on the subject at hand. Well, at UNITED GRINDING North America, we wanted to do something about that. At our 4-year Apprenticeship Program, apprentices get high-quality education and practical application in the exciting and fast-growing field of automation and control technology.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM FAQ

You must have a highschool diploma or GED, and you must have a passing grade on the Sinclair College entrance exam.

You will receive a full scholarship from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio to earn an Associate's Degree in Automation & Control Technology with Robotics AMCT.S.AAS (Mechatronics.) You will also receive a full-time and well-compensated position at UNITED GRINDING North America in Miamisburg, OH, equipping yourself with high-precision manufacturing skills and knowledge.

You will learn with the experienced UNITED GRINDING North American staff, participate in Sinclair classes and workshops, complete assignments and tests, gain knowledge, skills and experience, and learn about top industries and best practices in each.
