The Apprenticeship Program at UNITED GRINDING North America is a unique way for students to receive education, a paycheck and hands-on job experience simultaneously. Now in its fifth year, the program has already received recognition from the U.S. Department of Labor and has become a 4-year pathway to a successful, fulfilling and lucrative career in American manufacturing.
 

Meet the Class of 2030!

We are thrilled to welcome Vanessa Cardona, Logan Jones, Juan Perez, David Smith and Ashton Young to the Apprenticeship Program. The students each have a full scholarship to Sinclair College and paid-for books and educational expenses. Over the four years, they will work toward an Associate’s Degree in Automation & Control Technology with Robotics AMCT.S.AAS (Mechatronics). 

During those four years, they will also receive full-time pay and benefits from UNITED GRINDING North America, with daily mentorship and on-the-job training. Over time, their skills and confidence will grow, and the end result will be a knowledgeable manufacturing professional who knows what it takes to help a manufacturing company succeed.
