Blohm Profimat MT
The Blohm PROFIMAT MT line of production creepfeed grinders has been designed for high performance production grinding and flexiblility. All production requirements are consistently satisfied by the pioneering machine concept.
Exceptionally suited for conventional, CD or IPD as well as all high speed grinding methods with CBN as a result of grinding spindle drives of up to 60 kW and a max. cutting speed of 170 m/s.
The PROFIMAT MT can be supplied as requested with SIEMENS controls SINUMERIK 810D, 840D or GE-Fanuc 18i, including comprehensive operator guidance.
The user software Blohm profile for automatic generating of grinding and dressing programs is available as an option for this machine line.
Like all Blohm machines the PROFIMAT MT also has very rigid preloaded roller guideways that seldom require maintenance.
