New Process Optimization Consulting Service

To ensure you do the same, United Grinding introduces a new service called, Process Optimization Consulting. Process Optimization Consulting involves three steps know as the, “3R Approach”. The first step in the 3R Approach is a “Review” of your current grinding process. United Grinding will provide you and your team with our “Recommendation” as to what process is most efficient  for your part utilizing equipment you have already invested in. After acceptance of United Grinding’s recommendation, our application engineering team will assist you in implementing the new process for grinding your parts with the overall goal of “Reducing” the cycle time for grinding your part.
