67 Years in grinding
United Grinding's Cylindrical Sales Group recently added 67 years of grinding experience to its staff. This contribution comes from the three newest members of our sales team…Doug Emerson, Bob Beals and William Cram.
Doug Emerson is UGT's Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest territory, which includes Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania and eastern Canada. Doug holds a Bachelors Degree in Automated Manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute and has 21 years of experience in manufacturing, 19 of which are in grinding.
Bob Beals returns to UGT after spending the last few years in the manufacturing community as a grinding technology consultant. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and has 21 years of grinding experience. Bob will be Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern US, which includes Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Texas.
Rounding out the trio, William Cram joins United Grinding as Regional Sales Manager / Direct Sales Engineer for the Northeastern US. William has over 27 years of experience in the grinding industry ranging from sales to service to engineering following his completion of an apprenticeship program with a leading grinding manufacturer. His region includes all of the New England states as well as New York, New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
