Shroud, Turbine, Honeycomb Removal image #1

Turbine shrouds are commonly bonded with a honeycomb material to create a sealing surface.  That surface is routinely replaced with a new layer.  Removing the worn layer with a Blohm Planomat improves quality and cuts both scrap and cycle time.
