Schaudt ShaftGrind

The Schaudt ShaftGrind family tackles shoulders, tapers, chamfers, grooves, polygons, polyhedral edges, cams, eccentrics and more – in cyclic manufacturing with other grinding machines or in one clamping.  You can even combine plunge grinding using corundum wheels, longitudinal grinding, and High Speed Peel (HSP) grinding.  Schaudt’s unique approach to HSP uses a linear sliding-action so you can use standard wheels on a variety of workpieces to minimize setup changes for profitable short-run jobs.
